How do I register on the site?

If you are a new customer and want to register on our site, you need to create an account. Enter "My account" click on "Create an account" and enter your personal information. Fields with * are mandatory. If you are already registered, simply click on "Registered customers" and enter the email address and password chosen at the time of registration.

Forgot your password? Click on "Forgot your password" and we will send you an email to create a new one.

If you are a new customer you will need to register.

Click on "Create an account" and enter your details, including name, surname, email address and create a password to access your account.

To complete the registration, click on "Send".

What to do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot your password?" when you log in and you will receive an email to be able to create a new one.

How do I change my data?

Log in and click on “My account”. You will thus be able to modify the data on your account, such as Name, Surname, Email address…

How do I order a product?

After choosing the product, choose the size and then "add to cart".

If you want to add other products click "Continue shopping" otherwise "Proceed to checkout".

Enter your email on the next screen. If you are already registered, the program will offer you your data, otherwise just enter your email and proceed as a guest, entering your data in the mandatory fields.

Confirm or enter your billing address. Choose whether to ship to the same address or a different one.

Choose the shipping method: express courier or collection in store

Choose the payment method you want to use.

If you have a discount code or a gift card , enter the code in the appropriate fields.

Check the order summary, accept the conditions of sale and click on "Place order".

At this point you will receive a confirmation email at the address indicated. If you don't see it, try checking your Spam folder. You can also check all the details of your order by accessing your account directly.

I have not received the confirmation of my order, why?

The order confirmation is automatically sent by the system together with the order, to the email indicated. If you haven't received it, try checking your spam. You may also have entered an incorrect email. In any case, you can contact us by mail or telephone, we will verify your order and send you the relative confirmation.

How can I cancel the order?

To cancel or modify an order, write an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com, indicating the order number to which you wish to apply the modifications. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to proceed with the return.

Are the products original?

The products sold on Mottafashionplace are 100% original.

We work exclusively with authorized suppliers and agents. We have had a physical store in Lissone (MB) for forty years and we collaborate with many companies, which renew their trust in us every year.

The products are in no way manipulated by Mottafashionplace and are shipped with original labels and packaging.
If available, certificates of originality are also sent.

All items purchased on Mottafashionplace have a two-year guarantee against defects, unless they have been modified by the customer.

How do I subscribe to the Newsletter?

Upon registration you will receive a 15% discount voucher to be used on items not on sale or on promotion.

What payment methods can I use?

Orders can be paid by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, for orders up to €500 (with a €5 surcharge).

What is 3D Secure which is required when paying by credit card?

For orders placed online after January 1st 2021, the system requires you to authenticate the credit card payment through the 3D Secure process, which will be customized according to the type of card you are paying with (for example, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey). This protocol guarantees an additional level of security to online transactions, protecting them from the risk of fraud .

What should I do?

If you haven't already, you need to register your credit card for the 3D Secure service. Connect to your bank's website and visit the section dedicated to 3D Secure to find out the exact activation procedure.

If you have already registered your card for 3D Secure in the past or have already used this function for your purchases, there is no need to register again. However, some banks may have changed the activation process to offer an even better payment experience or introduced specific smartphone applications for 3D Secure. Contact your bank for more information.

To make your online payments simpler and even more secure, we recommend activating 3D Secure before your next online order.

What courier do you use to ship?

The courier used is DHL.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Yes, it is possible to pay the order on delivery, in cash to be delivered directly to the courier. Choose "cash on delivery" as the payment method. The service has an additional cost of €5 and is valid for orders up to €500.

How much is shipping?

Italy: free shipping for orders of at least €200. Otherwise the shipment will cost 5€.

During particular promotions, shipping costs may vary.

European Union countries: €25.00

Non-EU European countries: €25.00

Rest of the World: €45.00 (shipping suspended for Ukraine and Russia)

In the case of delivery to non-EU countries, customs fees and taxes are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer, to be paid upon delivery. Possible customs stops could extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of packages with volumetric weight up to 10 kg. If the package is heavier, price increases may apply.

How can I track my order?

When the waybill for the shipment of your order is processed, you will receive an email from the DHL courier with the track of the same. You will thus be able to follow the status of your shipment at any time. Also check in spam. In case you haven't received it: either the order hasn't been processed yet, or the email you provided is incorrect. Contact us and we will assist you.

What are the shipping times?

Our delivery times are very fast. Shipping usually takes only 24/48h and you could receive it the day after the order. Remote areas or islands require longer delivery times (2-3 working days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, therefore orders received on Friday afternoon will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery times for countries abroad are approximately 4-5 working days.

Can I collect the order in store?

Yes, of course, you can collect your order at our store in Lissone, during opening hours. Select "Collect in store" at the end of the order. This mode is always free. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

The delivered item has a defect, what to do?

We check the items before proceeding with the shipment, but sometimes some defects can escape, or appear later. If an item received is defective, you can proceed with a complaint by sending us an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com describing the problem and attaching any photos as evidence. We will give you assistance for any exchange or return.

Can I return the order?

Of course, you can return a purchased item within 14 days of receiving the order (courier tracking will prevail). Send an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com specifying the order number and the item to be returned (in the case of multi-item orders). You will receive an email with the return procedure. You can use a courier of your choice or ask us to collect the product. In the latter case, €10 will be withheld from the refund for the return shipping costs.

The package must be carefully packed and the shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the authorisation.

How much does the return of the order cost?

In the event of a return, the return shipping costs are charged to the customer. When requesting the return, let us know if you will use your own express courier or if you prefer that we send you one of our couriers for collection. In the latter case, €10 will be withheld from the refund for the return shipping costs, otherwise the refund will be complete (cash on delivery charges are not refunded).

Can I make a size exchange and how much does it cost?

You can ask for the size or color of the purchased item to be changed within 14 days of receiving it, by sending an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com, indicating the order number, the item and the size requested. You will be notified of actual availability and the procedure for proceeding with the exchange. The first cut change is free . Any further request for size/color change or return after the change is totally the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive the refund for the return?

The refund following the return will be made within 14 days of receipt of the same and after checking the returned item. The refund method is the same as the method used for payment. In case of orders paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the bank details will be requested to proceed with the transfer. The refund will be made on the basis of the value of the order originally placed. Any cash on delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you have difficulty placing your order online directly from the system, contact us on 039/24381. We can guide you through the procedure, or place the order directly for you. In the latter case, the order payment method can only be by bank transfer or cash on delivery, in order not to provide us with sensitive private data, such as the credit card number or Paypal credentials.

Can I have an invoice for the purchased item?

Once the order has been completed, you will receive your order confirmation via email, which has the same tax value as a receipt. If you need an invoice, send an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com , with all the necessary data and the unique code, together with the order. We will send you the requested invoice. It is not possible to make invoices after the month pertaining to the order itself.
