How do I register on the site?

If you are a new customer and want to register on our site, you must create an account. Go to "My Account" click on "Create an account" and enter your personal information. Fields with * are mandatory. If you are already registered, simply click on "Registered Customers" and enter the email address and password chosen at the time of registration.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot your password" and we will send you an email to create a new one.

If you are a new customer you will need to register.

Click on "Create an account" and enter your details, including your first name, last name, email address, and create a password to access your account.

To complete the registration click on "Submit".

What to do if I forgot my password?

If you no longer remember your password, click “Forgot your password?” when you log in and you will receive an email so you can create a new one.

How do I change my data?

Log in and click on “My Account”. You will be able to change the data in your account, such as Name, Surname, Email Address…

How do I order a product?

After choosing the product, choose the size and then "add to cart".

If you want to add more products click "Continue shopping" otherwise "Proceed to checkout".

Enter your email on the next screen. If you are already registered, the program will propose your data, otherwise enter only the email and proceed as a guest, entering the data in the mandatory fields.

Confirm or enter your billing address. Choose whether to ship to the same or a different address.

Choose the shipping method: express courier or in-store collection

Choose the payment method you want to use.

If you have a discount code , enter the code in the appropriate fields.

Check the order summary, accept the terms of sale and click on "Place order".

At this point you will receive a confirmation email to the address indicated. If you do not see it, try checking your Spam folder. You can also check all the details relating to your order by accessing your account directly.

I didn't receive confirmation of my order, why?

The order confirmation is automatically sent by the system at the same time as the order, to the indicated email. If you have not received it, try checking your spam. You may also have indicated an incorrect email. In any case, you can contact us by email or phone, we will verify your order and send you the relative confirmation.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel or modify an order, write an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com, indicating the order number to which you want to apply the changes. If the order has already been shipped, you will have to proceed with the return.

Are the products original?

The products on sale on Mottafashionplace are 100% original.

We work exclusively with authorized suppliers and agents. We have had a physical store in Lissone (MB) for forty years and we collaborate with many companies, who renew their trust in us every year.

The products are not manipulated in any way by Mottafashionplace and are shipped with labels and any original packaging.
If available, certificates of originality will also be sent.

All items purchased on Mottafashionplace have a two-year warranty for defects, unless these have been modified by the customer.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your orders by credit card, PayPal, ScalaPAy in three installments, by bank transfer, Satispay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

What is the 3D Secure that is required when paying by credit card?

For orders placed online after January 1, 2021, the system requires you to authenticate your credit card payment through the 3D Secure process, which will be customized depending on the type of card you are paying with (for example, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey). This protocol provides an additional level of security to online transactions, protecting them from the risk of fraud .

What should I do?

If you haven't already done so, you need to register your credit card for the 3D Secure service. Go to your bank's website and visit the 3D Secure section to learn the exact activation procedure.

If you have registered your card for 3D Secure in the past or have already used this feature for your purchases, you do not need to register again. However, some banks may have changed the activation process to offer an even better payment experience or introduced specific smartphone applications for 3D Secure. Contact your bank for more information.

To make your online payments easier and even more secure, we recommend that you activate 3D Secure before your next online order.

Which courier do you use for shipping?

The courier used is TNT or DHL.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

No, the cash on delivery service is not available.

How much does shipping cost?

Italy: free shipping for orders of at least €150. Otherwise, shipping will cost €5.

During special promotions, shipping costs may change.

European Union countries: €25.00

Non-EU European countries: €25.00

Rest of the World: €45.00 (shipping suspended for Ukraine and Russia)

In the case of delivery to non-EU countries, customs fees and taxes are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the Customer, to be paid upon delivery. Possible customs holds could extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of packages with a volumetric weight of up to 10 kg. If the package is heavier, price increases may apply.

How can I track my order?

When the waybill for the shipment of your order is processed, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number. You will be able to follow the status of your shipment at any time. Also check your spam folder. If you have not received it: either the order has not been processed yet, or the email you provided is incorrect. Contact us and we will assist you.

What are the shipping times?

Our delivery times are very fast. Usually shipping takes only 1 to 2 working days and you may receive it the day after ordering. Remote areas or islands require longer delivery times (2-3 working days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, so orders received on Friday afternoon will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery times for overseas countries are approximately 4-5 working days.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, of course, you can collect your order at our store in Lissone, during opening hours. Select "Collect in store" at the end of the order. This option is always free. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

The delivered item has a defect, what to do?

We check the items before shipping, but sometimes some defects can go unnoticed, or appear later. If an item received is defective, you can file a complaint by sending us an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com describing the problem and attaching any photos as evidence. We will assist you with any exchanges or returns.

Can I return my order?

Of course, you can return a purchased item within 14 days of receiving the order (the courier tracking will be valid). Send an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com specifying the order number and the item to return (in the case of multi-item orders). You will receive an email with the return procedure. You can use a courier of your choice or ask us to collect the product. In the latter case, €10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.

The package must be carefully packaged and the shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the authorization.

How much does it cost to return an order?

In case of return, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. When requesting the return, let us know if you will use your own express courier or if you prefer that we send you our own courier for the collection. In the latter case, €10 will be deducted from the refund for the return shipping costs, otherwise the refund will be complete (the costs for cash on delivery are not refunded).

Can I change size and how much does it cost?

You can request a change of size or color of the purchased item within 14 days of receiving it, by sending an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com, indicating the order number, the item and the requested size. You will be notified of the actual availability and the procedure to proceed with the change. The first change of size is free . Any further request for change of size/color or return after the change is entirely at the customer's expense.

When will I receive my refund for the return?

The refund following a return will be made within 14 days of receiving the same and after checking the returned item. The refund method is the same as the method used for payment. In the case of orders paid by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the bank details will be requested to proceed with the transfer. The refund will be made based on the value of the order originally placed. Any cash on delivery costs will not be refunded.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you have difficulty placing your order online directly from the system, contact us at 039/24381. We can guide you through the procedure, or place the order for you. In the latter case, the payment method for the order can only be by bank transfer, so as not to provide us with sensitive private data, such as your credit card number or Paypal credentials.

Can I have an invoice for the item I purchased?

Once the order is completed, you will receive your order confirmation by email, which has fiscal value like a receipt. If you need an invoice, send an email to shop@mottafashionplace.com , with all the necessary data and the unique code, at the same time as the order. We will send you the requested invoice. It is not possible to issue invoices after the month of the order itself.
